Jessie & James | Quantico, VA Wedding Photographer

As I went through the photos from Jessie and James' wedding, I couldn't help but see how much of their personalities were put into this wedding. I'm talking beginning to end. The couple tied the knot in the middle of a rifle range field at the Quantico Marine Corps Base because they both grew up in marine families. Jessie and her family spent a lot of time in Hawaii, so it was important to her to incorporate that somehow. Instead of bouquets for the bridesmaids, they wore Hawaiian leis made of fuschia orchids while Hawaiian kukui nut bracelets adorned their wrists. One of my favorite touches of this wedding was the shoe choice! Chucks for everyone!! The bridesmaids wore black chucks with hot pink laces, and the groomsmen wore solid white ones. As for the bride's shoe of choice...leopard heels!! Girl after my own heart!! And they weren't just any leopard heels, they were actually the same exact pair I chose to wear on my wedding day!! Absolute perfection :) Jessie's heels weren't the only place leopard showed up in the wedding...be sure to check out their cake :)

Jessie and James, your wedding was a blast! I hope you can look back on these photos and remember how much love and joy was in the air the day you got married! Congratulations to you both! Take a look at your photos :)

And if you haven't seen them already, be sure to check out their engagement photos!
