I've been excited to share this wedding since the day I met Amanda and Scott at my office! The way she described her wedding was making me just swoooooooon. And now that day is here that I get to share it with the www! Prepare yourselves for an extremely personal, gorgeous wedding with the happiest bride I've ever met. For real, she was the most precious thing I've ever seen!! It was so apparent she was getting married that day...it was her day :)
You should know....her shoes were incredible. Scratch that. Her shoes and HER GROOM'S shoes were incredible. Amanda told me she saw my blog post about the custom TOMS I had made by a sweet high schooler in Fredericksburg. Well, guess what?! She contacted Maren to make her and Scott custom wedding shoes! THAT MATCHED!! The pattern on their shoes was carefully painted to match the pattern on Scott's bowtie he wore for the wedding....well, with a couple additions. Scott loves Maine, so he had lobsters and sailboats added to his kicks. But isn't that such a fun detail?! Not only does the bride get special wedding day shoes, but so does the groom!! Wish I had thought of that for Joel and I's wedding!
I must admit....this wedding was way too pretty and detailed to cram into one blog post. I just couldn't do it! Between the venue, the bridal party, the florals, and all the wonderful details, get ready for some serious eye candy :)
Check back soon for part two!
Amanda's something blue...her friends!! :) How clever is that?!
Instead of doing a First Sight, Amanda and Scott opted to stay unseen from each other, but be in the same photo! Such a sweet moment before the ceremony! :) Also....the photo next to it? CUTEST RING BEARER OF ALL TIME. No question.
Amanda made all of these...impressive right?! GAH!
