APPY NEW YEAR! Is it really 2012?! TWENTY TWELVE?! Oh my goodness, yes. I'm going to really have to practice writing '2012' on everything for the next few weeks. It usually takes me a good 3 months to get used to the change. New years resolution!? Be able to write 2012 on everything consistently in a week!? I say YES :) hahaha
With all the moving, getting settled, traveling, and the holidays, it's about time for another wedding to be blogged, don't you think!? I didn't mean to just up and LEAVE the blog for a few weeks, but don't worry...I'm back :) I'll be blogging my favorites from 2011 soon enough!
Karly and Alex got married on what I've deemed the perfect fall weekend in Virginia. It's the first weekend in November. It just seems like every year it's that magic time when it looks like fall has just about passed, but in reality, it's when all the leaves are at their peak in color. YUUUMMMMM :)
These two planned their gorgeous Williamsburg wedding from New Jersey, and I think it turned out quite lovely. Her dress, the flowers, the church, the reception; it all just flowed perfectly. The highlight of the day for me was the ceremony. It was held on the William and Mary Campus (where they met!) in the Wren Chapel. The music for the ceremony was all acapella sung by The Gentlemen of the College. When they started singing before Karly walked through those doors, it was such a strong moment. All was silent except for a few voices. Oh my goodness, I would love to relive that moment :) My words don't do it justice, so just trust me. It was incredible.
Karly and Alex, thank you so much for having me there to capture your wedding day! I hope you enjoy the photos! Take a look :)
