You know when you crawl into your car at the end of the night and your face still hurts from laughing that it was an AWESOME day. I don't think I've laughed that hard during a reception, oh, ever. It helped knowing the majority of the people there, and then seeing those people break it down on the dancefloor (ahem, you know who you are and I LOVE YOU SOOO!)! Jenny and Nick got married down in Friendswood, and had their reception at this rad art bar that was overflowing with Tiffany lights throughout every square inch of the place. They wanted a casual, relaxed atmosphere, and I think this place was spot on.
So, how did I know everyone on the dancefloor? Oh, lots of connections really. I went to church with Jenny in high school. Her sister is one of my besties. Annnnd, Jenny's bestie is my sister-in-law! And my in-laws are close with Jenny's folks...everyone is connected here one way or another. This was a huge reason why I loved this day so much! Oh so much.
Jenny and Nick, it was an honor to photograph your big day! I loved being a part of it and seeing you pledge your forevers to each other! Not to mention you guys know how to throw one killer party. Hope you enjoy my favorites!
