Chelsea & Jason

I'm back friends! Miss me? It's been while since I've blogged and a lot has been happening both with business and personal things, but I'll save all that hooplah for another post. I am so so soooooo thrilled to be sharing these images today! Jason and Chelsea's wedding was a complete dream to be a part of. I still can't believe they wanted little ol' me to come all the way to Florida to shoot their wedding. I get such a kick out of those who bring to places that aren't local to me, I mean that's some level and love and trust right there! So guys, thanks for believing in me. You rock.

These two got married in Destin, Florida at the dreeeeeamiest of venues, Cabana Blue. I didn't even know a place like this existed. Walking into the ceremony space for the first time, I seriously had my jaw drop to the floor. Spanish moss hanging from the trees above, string lights everywhere, bamboo folding chairs, ribbons billowing from the trees, and all this sat on the most beautiful narrow deck you ever did see. Scroll down and you'll see what I mean.

Chelsea and Jason, I can't thank you enough for having me be a part of your celebration! It was a true honor, and I completely enjoyed your "anything to get the shot!" attitudes. Ya'll make my job a breeze. I hope you enjoy my favorites! And get ready for your after session, because it's up next!

And lastly, I have to give a huge huge thank you to my dear friend, Rachel! She flew down to Houston from Virginia and drove with me to Destin to second shoot this event! Talk about an incredible friend. Seriously, Rach, thank you thank you thank you! You're the best!

Would you believe me if I told you it POURED down rain on their wedding day at the venue? It did...right before the ceremony. But after the rain there's always the most spectacular skies, so I was beyond thankful for the rain!
